Katherine and Ky are lifelong Blue Mountains locals, who create special group weekends for friends, families, colleagues or people attending alone. They aim to bring a sense of restoration and vitality through their retreat weekends and allow people to both disconnect and reconnect.

You don’t have to be a Yoga expert, or an experienced bushwalker to enjoy our retreats, you can do as much or as little as you like.

  • 9.30 Bushwalk (approx. 2-4 hours) and picnic lunch

  • 4.30 Yoga or Mindfulness session
  • 6.30 Two course or buffet dinner

Included are 2 nights’ stay in the beautiful Blue Mountains with 2 breakfasts, 2 chef-made dinners, a picnic lunch, five yoga and mindfulness sessions, guided bushwalks, a welcome pack, plus optional activities and free time. Twin-share or your own room (all with ensuites). Prices start at $1150 per person.
