The road along Narrow Neck is pretty good, ordinary cars can do it, just take it easy. The carpark is about 2km along Narrow Neck.

From the carpark, head down past the locked gate for about 1km to the Castle Head sign, on the left.

Follow the well-identified track out to Castle Head. There are a few wonderful elevated spots along the way that give amazing views. Take care of kids there, the first step is a big one.

When you get to the Cairn at the highest point, continue one for about 50m to a wonderful spot for morning tea/lunch.

Pack a snack and enjoy it along the way or on Castle Head.
