The highly-anticipated Leura Harvest Festival is making a comeback to the charming Leura Mall on Saturday, May 6th, from 9am to 4.30pm. Hosted by the Leura Village Association and generously sponsored by Belle Property, the festival aims to celebrate the exceptional produce, delectable cuisine, and ingenious sustainability initiatives in the Blue Mountains.
The Leura Harvest Festival promises an exciting range of activities for all ages, including a delightful mix of market stalls set amidst the stunning cherry trees of Leura Mall, displaying the warm colors of autumn. Visitors can expect to find exquisite handcrafted products by local artisans, mouth-watering regional cuisine, and tastings of local wine and cider.
For those with a sweet tooth, the festival will host the much-awaited Ultimate Chocolate Cake Competition, hosted by Josophan’s Fine Chocolates. This competition is an opportunity to showcase your best chocolate cake recipe to the world and win exciting prizes.
The festival will also host the popular Pet Chook Show, the Birches of Leura Scarecrow Competition, and the Jam Making Competition. Children can enjoy free face painting at the Belle Property stall and many other creative family activities.
In addition to the festival activities, visitors can explore the quaint Leura cafes and specialty shops lining Leura Mall and arcades, ready to welcome everyone back to the village. The Leura Village Association expresses their gratitude to all sponsors and volunteers, with a special acknowledgment to Ray Wiles and the Leura RFS for their contribution to making the fair possible.
