CHECK OUT this creat picnic spot in Medlow Bath. It’s Point Pilcher, Medlow Bath and it offers a superb view down to Govetts Gorge and across dense bushland, known as the Grose Wilderness.

 

Point Plicher, Medlow Bath
This is a fenced lookout with picnic tables and it one of the very few accessible lookouts in the mountains.

HISTORY: It was named after Charles Edward Pilcher 1844-1916, a barrister and politician. The original track to Point Pilcher was built by Mark Foy’s gardener.
 
The NPWS have just fixed up the road so access is great.
